    Complaint:
    Loan scam and breach of contract.
    I loaned @pac_gaMer2007 5k on 27 Dec 2015, 7.5k was due by 06 Jan 2016.
    On 07 Jan they claimed ingame to have paid me over 11k, however they didn't provide any proof and I haven't the slightest hint on when (and whether) this actually happened. They also avoided me since then, despite the fact that I summarized to them the situation via forum pm.
    Here is my knowledge of what they have paid so far:
    - $2000 to the payment sign
    - $234.40 received by /pay command, on 29 Dec 2015
    - $1388 received by /pay command, on 07 Jan 2016
    - This makes a total of $3622.40 paid back
    Therefore, of that 7.5k, they still owe me $3877.60.
    Plus a $525/day late fee, as agreed in the contract. Being today 18 Jan 2016, this makes 6.3k in late fees, therefore they owe me over 10k total.    ​

    @pac_gaMer2007 can you please explain why this loan hasn't been paid off? Or can you provide evidence that you did pay it off?
    The user has also been sent an ingame mail as he has been offline the forums for a while.

    I paid him almost $12k by the /pay command and he rejected it.

    Someone wanted to buy a plot from /warp dlcy_square and I had enough to pay the money so I did /pay (the person who filed the complaint) 7000
    and he never saw it.

    Unfortunately with no evidence there is no way to confirm the payment.

    @pac_gaMer2007 you say that you paid me 7k, but without evidence of it I cannot believe it. However, if you did actually pay me (probably while I was afk), I don't want you to pay twice the same money.
    Therefore: can you tell me when you paid me those 7k? I might be able to look into my chat logs and see whether I received money from you while I was afk. However I need to know the exact day when this happened, so I know where to go look for it. Can you recall?

    Sorry to interfere but I just wanted to suggest that Expipiplusone use Ctrl F to search through your logs. Looking can be painful and you may miss something. If you use the search in whatever program you look through your chat logs with for pac_gaMer200 or 7500 you should be able to find it in no time.

    That's exactly what I would do, I know of the existence of Ctrl+F and many more shortcuts. However I need him to tell me the day, so that I know in which file I have to search. It would be painful to unzip countless archives and check into each one.

    If u look through your logs and can't find anything but pac_gamer tells me he truthfully paid u I will belive it and cover his debt if u would accept that since it is only around 11k. I would hate to see him lose 11k due to paying someone who was afk.

    I'm still waiting for his reply (telling me when he supposedly paid me those 7k). Can you give him more time? He's just a kid and it's possible he truly did pay me in good faith without checking whether I was afk. /seen says he's been offline for the last 21 hours, I mailed him ingame, let's hope he answers soon

    I paid the $7k about 2 days before new years i think. I cant exactly recall when i paid the money but it was before or after new years 2 days apart.

    Either he was /afk or i paid the money to the wrong person because i remember paying the money.
