Unknown, at this point I think you are unwilling to ban this user for hacking simply because of what georgie showed you a while ago. Even if oink wasn't hacking then he could have downloaded hacks in the meantime. Also, I think you don't want to ban this user to put a bad name on a staff member. No offense to you but I think it's not a matter of if he's hacking or not at this point. Now onto the video -
In this video, the response you had last time was that he could have seen me using f5 because of the sprint particles. 1. I was in tall grass, 2. In order to see behind you at that close of range would take you moving your players head up to see the ground behind you, none of this happened. 3. I had speed 2 on, oink turned around and I was past oink and he hits me, no one in the world can turn and hit accurately that fast. The only possible explanation is hacks.

For the first video, it has already been dismissed in a previous complaint. As for the second video, the hit registry isn't 100% accurate all the time for PvP. Of course you're going to see those weird angles like that from time to time. Doesn't mean it's hacking. I see those angles all the time from just about every SG player every now and again. It's more common than you may think.

@VTFAN8 I would like to inform you that if you have an issue with how a staff member is handling something, you should bring a staff complaint to myself and Andrewkm. I do not appreciate you publicly claiming that one of our staff is trying to hide something by not banning someone. Our staff are impartial. They have banned and unbanned people that have made our staff team look bad and/or friends of theirs. We do not ban people or decide not to ban people based on personal opinions regarding the person. At the same time, we do not ban someone just because a ton of people, with poor evidence are continually calling hacker. A mob of angry people doesn't make evidence. Evidence makes evidence. We go off of facts and if a staff member is found to be on a personal vendetta or protecting someone then they will be in trouble.
That being said, if you wish to file said staff complaint, I'd encourage you to do so to me and Andrewkm with evidence of what you are referring to. Beyond that, please keep your conspiracy theories out of the public.
