To be honest you're just making yourself look bad in this complaint. You took @ArisenBatman 's pickaxe and went ahead and sold it. It wasn't yours to sell it was his that he gave to you to hold onto because he was raging and didn't want to lose everything. But people like you have the mind set of "Oh, let me go sell this for quick money, there's nothing staff can do to me muhaha" so you went ahead and instead of returning the pick to Arisen when he asked you, or even gave him the MONEY from HIS pickaxe, you went and bought a 3 mil spawnshop. Then when I asked you about this you told me "Sorry, I have nothing left, I just bought a spawnshop for 3 mil". Then 3 days or so later you pm my cousin asking to buy some of our spawn towns for a good lump some of money. That's where I called you a liar and you know why I called you a thief. Now about my 300k, that was not nearly the reason I wanted you to return the pick / money. I could give a shit about 300k, it's the fact that @ArisenBatman has pooled over $5,000 dollars USD into this game and you're assisting on making it go to waste.

You legally stole a human beings hard earned money, you lied to me, I'll happily take a warning if that will make you feel SOOO much better about yourself, just being able to make this news known is well worth it alone. You're welcome.

 

I know this entire story because I had a poor man who lost EVERYTHING come up to me on skype and talk to me about this. Now you are changing the story "I thought he gave me the pick and I already sold it" was the word you gave me, now you are calling @ArisenBatman a liar aswell ? Man up to your actions buddy. Don't try and hide what can't be hidden.

I'm apart of this and I will back myself up. At no time was I ever interested in selling any spawn towns. I told Iticip I would mention it to Kmaxwell and the rest of our alliance.

 

For once im with ohmrs on this you had no right to sell that eff7 to get the spawnshop Arisenbatman gave it to you to hold for a few minutes, you decided to sell it to oxwood2 which i bought it from him
If you wouldnt have sold it you would not be in the postition you are in now.

I would like to clear the air on this because I think that I myself caused some of this confusion.

I lost about 700k in lotto and started to rage, and I began giving away all of my valuables (I cleared out my shop, gave away all of my NStars, and more.) I did give the pick to Iticip - at the time I wasn't thinking clearly and was unsure of what I wanted. I did not specify what he could/should do with it. The next day I was disappointed in myself, I confronted Iticip and asked if there was any chance that I could have the pick back. He had already sold it.

If anybody is the blame in this situation, it's me. I created a misunderstanding between a few people by not clearly stating what I wanted or needed, I then went to another friend about the situation for some advice. What was done is done. I accuse nobody of being a thief and would like for everybody to forgive each other and move on.

Okay after looking at this complaint and speaking with ArisenBatman, I do not see any issues on Iticip's part. That being said, @OhMrsKittyKat please cease and desist harassing Iticip. @Iticip I would sincerely suggest putting OhMrsKittyKat on /ignore. If these issues continue following this warning, I will be taking further action. Please feel free to file a new complaint.
