Complaint:

This user advertised "Selling $100 worth of features, PM me." I wanted to buy fly+ so i pm'd him and we worked out a price, then we made an agreement and I payed him 264k for the $48 feature. He then immediately lottoed it, which is slightly visible at the bottom of the screenshot. He was talking to me in the next few mins about how he is having troubles and it won't let him buy features for me, a lot of excuses basically, he also said his internet was slow in there. He told me he would pay me back since he couldn't get it, however only if he won lotto. It seemed extremely fishy to me. He did however end up paying me back. The reason I am filing this complaint is because he advertised "Selling $100 of features" and he couldn't follow through with it.​

Evidence:

This evidence is obviously incomplete, i had many troubles uploading my screenshots for some reason, many files were corrupted once they were trying to be uploaded so, yeah. I only had the screenie of me paying, and at the bottom u can see just barely that he lottoed the money as soon as i payed to him.​

@ClarinetPhoenix This was the only other picture I could salvage from it, it is @NoahPvPz_ saying that he will get the 264k in 2 weeks if he loses the lotto that he put all of my money in to right away. Hope that is enough. *edit* he did pay me back though, this was just him talking to me before the lotto drew about how if he lost the lotto then he would pay me back in 2 weeks, which was in no way part of any agreement we made
