    Just in case anyone was wondering, I moved the dispenser more toward the center so it was easier to see. @NoahPvPz_ doesn't have water/pyro so I had to do so. He is /cmodified to everything

    Noah is obviously scamming, who goes in to dispensers and chests when the game is about to start? Plus the PIC proves nothing

    Yeah, the complaint here is that Noah took the "cards" more likely to bust and put more of them that he should've. This is obviously scamming.

    Okay..... this is my town and apparently he sold the casino to @RaginDevonian , all he had was perms to my town and thats it. He sold my casino to another person! aka @RaginDevonian ..... how he did it? well in the beginning he said he needed him for colored signs and dispensers.... so i let him in, then @NoahPvPz_ sold the casino to @RaginDevonian i cant belive people sometimes like why why why

    I am putting a sign in front of the casino, it will state: The user Noahpvps_ has been known for scamming. if you do not feel comfortable, LEAVE. Why you may ask? i am tired of seeing poor eccers getting scammed and then mods not doing anything about it. (The not enough evidence is getting old) There is more than enough evidence to make a decision. This will be a friendly warning so if members are feeling scammed, they know it is actually happening. I feel some mods just don't do their job, and i have several people that agree with me. This just gets so old. im sure icecream and hayden BOTH agree with this.

    In this case, it seems NoahPvPz_ is innocent.

    The double red wool is meant to represent face cards, that is why lapkingkn does his blackjack this way.

    What I cannot understand is why everyone is accusing @NoahPvPz_ of changing the cards in the dispenser when he cannot access or edit the dispenser himself, you cannot access dispensers without having Pyro/Water feature, you can use it, make it drop or function, but you cannot edit it. If the scam lies in him modifying the outcome of the game through false counting then we would need more concrete evidence of this, aka a video, a complete video of a game.

    Now what I do not understand is where the two stacks of red wool came from in the first screenshot, that is not how the dispenser is now, if @NoahPvPz_ can't edit dispensers then who put two stacks of red wool in?. I also would like @NoahPvPz_ to explain to me what the signs on the front of the game were all about. They were listed to not include the red cards in the count, which infact are in the dispenser. I know you placed these, I logged it myself. Can you tell me why they were there, instead of the official signs that are there now on the front of the stall?

    I originally placed the wool in the dispenser. I actually bought the wool for him as well. I placed the wool for him and went mining for a while until I left for work. When I returned, he had been hosting games without counting the red wool. Unfortunately I assumed he would count them for face cards. But instead, counted them as nothing.

    k so ragindevonian put the 2 stacks of red wool in for me and the rest of wool and I did ask Him to do for Me K so that signs On the game were the same as lapkings casino so yellow =1/11 green=2 cyan=3 blue=4 purple=5 black=6 white=7 red =10 k those were signs when I hosted Turtwig and more Then one day I logged on and I saw that ragindevonian had switched what what red was worth and he added a new color which was orange I believe To add to this I never gave him any permission to do this I'm not sure who did I think hayden or icecream0886 I'm not sure. to add on before I used
    lapkings idea of how much wool he uses cause so then I couldn't get any complaints this game was Rigged or anything Like that Because it isn't rigged.

    Noah- Can you post the recordings you said you took of me in the casino? You said I was scamming you, but I didn't push the cart 10 blocks and you said I did. You say you win in my casino whenever I push the cart under the 10 blocks you require me to push and land on the winning space. I am not going to file a complaint, but I am just pointing out that you say you are recording, but I don't think you really do. I feel like I was scammed 20k. I also am not going to give you unlimited redos or let you push the cart in my casino. I am saying that I think you do that to win money off me.

    Here are my conclusions, after investigating.
    While the signs on the front on the game did not include a value for the red cards that doesn't necessarily prove that he did scam anyone. While I am not completely discounting the possibility I just do not feel anyone has actually concrete evidence that he scammed someone with this 'game'. Might I recommend a video of the game next time, seeing no one was able to provide that this time around.
    I will dismiss this complaint, and I know some of you will be upset about it, however you guys need to get some concrete evidence when accusing someone.
