Complaint:

We have made a contract in 16th Mar that was about a loan: I paid him 100K and he would have to pay me back 150K in 30 days.

When the 30 days were almost over he ceased to login in the server for two weeks (which I assumed he stopped playing and I didn't make a complaint).

Due to personal reasons I couldn't play on ecc since that time until now. When I recconected, I checked and he was online the last time in 8 days, which means he is playing. Since I had no messages on my mailbox from him I can tell he has absolutely no intention in paying me back what he owes.​
