    Hmm... from the video I'm not able to make a justifiable conclusion as to whether this is hacking or not. I don't really see the so-called hacker much in the video other than when he saw you coming out of the door way. Unfortunately, I ask that you collect more evidence and submit another complaint if you believe that this user is actually hacking. From what I can see there's nothing there.
