Clearly I thought you meant horse egg, and you auc it again 5 minutes later and got one thousand something ecd. Meaning that lap had moved on regarding the situation and proceeded to try again. For an example, as in the staff apps, (hypothetical questions: "selling 1 mellon,sword, and free ereps") so yes. I am classifying this as a attempt of scam

Once you've placed a bid on an item, you are obligated to pay that amount if you win. @MochoCrap there is no reason for me to believe this is a horse egg, as it is not implied in any of the screenshots, nor when the auction actually took place. If you have other proof, you are free to file your own complaint, but as it stands, you did not pay for an item you won, which is against the rules. I'll be speaking to you in game as well.
