Was a 50k loan with 65k due back by July 3. I have talked to him via forum pm and he has already said that he will not be able to pay it back, so I am getting this on record for when he appeals.

I leave for my holiday tomorrow and as hard as I was trying I just couldn't make it back on time. When I get back from holiday I'll send in an appeal and hopefully be accepted back, then I will pay back your debt.
