User is claiming to be @TheBluePickle's alt as well as mail spamming me multiple strange requests as they think that I would follow such requests. This user has been banned but I still feel the need to show this to staff​

Alright, I'll make this short. To the staff out their or [Server Admins], you need to find a way to get rid of these alts because me and everyone else is starting to get annoyed by the fact that some kid wont stop annoying and trolling around on the server. Let me suggest this If It would work, set up an IP ban to track the next IP this kid makes or when its changed to another so he can't get on, If this is even possible then it would be real nice, because this kid wont stop especially now I suppose Idek but it is starting to get out of hand​
