First off, are you seriously posting this complaint? He always says "I'm a rigger" OK so what. You honestly think he rigs it? Mods always go there to play, and I can assure you they don't rig it. A moderator runs that town ffs. Secondly, I know you lost a couple times in a row, and are mad about this and he says "rigging it" gives you hope for money back. Honestly this complaint is sad.

 

This complaint absolutely shows nothing that is breaking the rules. Firstly, let's go over the rules: There's absolutely nothing that say "admitting" to rigging is against the rules. How can you file a complaint on someone for a rule they didn't even break?

You can argue that it's "common sense" to ban someone for "admitting" to rigging, as they are essentially saying that they are scamming - There's flaws with that argument. Firstly, words don't matter when it comes to scamming - The actions do. A player can say that they are going to "scam" a user all they want, but if they don't, they're literally in no violation of rules. Again, if they actually are rigging the casino, collect evidence and file a complaint.

Also, "rigging" is a word with multiple meanings with a history dating back centuries. Here's two definitions of "rigging" that can apply to the context:


He could be "furnishing the casino" or "preparing the casino" by saying "rigging" - There's is way to many definitions of "rigging" that you can't really ban for a word that has multiple meanings that apply via the same context. And I don't think saying you're "furnishing" or "preparing" the casino is a bannable offense, lol.

Finally, @matrix_rep just said he is a "rigger" - What's he rigging? No one ever said it's ECC-related. And you can't ban someone for something that's non-ECC related. @matrix_rep could be as easily calling himself a rigger on a ship - No one ever said him saying he's a "rigger" has anything remotely to do with the town of Debt or ECC itself - There's tons of different ways to interpret @matrix_rep's statement.

You really can't ban a user for saying something as vague as "I'm a rigger". They have to be actually scamming users for proper action to be taken.

Hello @BaccaAMP and thank you for filing this complaint. After investigation I have found that this game is NOT rigged at all. I actually played there myself not too long after this complaint was posted and so did some other staff. The problem that I see here is that if you genuinely believed that this was rigged, then I'm confused as to why you continued to play and bet your money. This only led to anger and I know it was handled in-game but that language it is still unacceptable. Now back to @matrix_rep, you are better than this. I have already talked to you in-game about this and you know better. I do NOT want to see you stating this again in-game, understood? @BaccaAMP if you are ever again suspicious of any type of activity, then please feel free to contact any staff in-game so that they can investigate immediately right there and on the spot and handle it.
