Mackenzie789 is accused of loan fraud. the accused has taken a loan of $25000 and agreed to pay $5000 interest within 2 days. The accused also agreed that failure to pay within the 2 days would result in a charge of $1000 per late day. I later contacted the server staff whammerist5 because I was worried about not getting paid. Whammerist created an agreement with Mackenzie789 and I that Mackenzie789 had 3 days to pay the 25k+5k+5k (late fee). Since the agreement date, mackenzie789 has not returned to the server.Evidence:

Supposedly, the original owner of the account has left the account to someone else, supposedly the original owners sister. @katanpaard is the cousin of both the owners.

@ghostsjack01, thank you for filing this complaint. We have a few problems here. We need a screenshot showing you actually sent @mackenzie789 the money. You need to timestamp your screenshots by double tapping f2 so we know when "2 days" is. And we cannot enforce open ended fees. You must agree on a term to be repaid and if there are late fees they must have an end date. I'm going to talk to Whammerist5 about what he has to say and leave this open for additional evidence.

@oootopia I have the screenshots of the payment sent. if you click on the image beside it it should say that it was taken on the 10th august. I left it open ended because I expected to be paid.

The screenshot you have provided in this complaint does not show proof of payment, so if you have one, please post it. Additionally it is required that you double tap f2 to timestamp your evidence. The dates included on this screenshot firstly says September 14th and not August 10th but additionally either way, we would need a timestamp on the screenshot itself, not showing the time on your computer. That's just how it works. And then I understand you expected to be paid but when you are making loans you need to make end dates and late fees with fixed end dates or it is not enforceable by the moderation.
