[User Complaint] Lucas_vardy42

I have proof too, but it's on my home PC. I can get the evidence of him admitting through teamviewer in an hour.

 

I myself was pushed into the nether last week on Friday from what i remember but i was left untended and was not killed as i did not have my armor or any tools on me at the time, but when i came back on i found myself standing in the nether with a stone sword with no other users around myself or the portal. I feel as though the same player did this to me as i have seen this happen to these others just as it did to me. I did indeed leave myself at the SG spawn point right near where miner was, so it could be a possibility as i have had bad interactions with this player in global chat before but do not have evidence, as most players do threaten to kill me, or my character.

 

My screenshot alone is not enough to convict this user for killing players illegally, however with both of our evidence combined it is pretty obvious what has happened. ClarinetPheonix witnessed Lucas_vardy42 attempting to push matrix_rep into the portal and promptly force-tp'd matrix_rep away before his death, however she did not consider this enough evidence to ban the user (although it was quite obvious what the user was trying to accomplish).

The fact that this user was caught red-handed pushing a user into the portal, blatantly admitted to pushing users into the nether via matrix's evidence, and admitted to having my items, I feel as though it is obvious that this user has done something extremely illegal (not to mention all the trouble the user has been causing recently ingame).

Due to the accused user, @Lucas_vardy42, admitting to killing others in a non-PvP zone / pushing players into a PvP zone, I will be banning him for doing so.
