    Complaint:
    I purchased a town from the player LegoTimk for 15,000 ECD however he was never in the position to sell me the town as he was/is in the process of completing a contract(http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/contract-p-payment-plan.131351/#post-711264) with @Phantomine for the purchase of town (Town name: p). I am complaining as the user falsely claimed to own the town and sell it to me. I am upset as I may never actually be the owner of the town and just lost 15k.​

    These Screenshots were taken at approximately 19:15hrs at pacific time on July 27th, 2015.

    This third shows that LegoTimK hasn't paid the 70k as stated in the contract to Phantomine for ownership of the town "p" and as a result isn't authorized to sell me the town.

    Additional Information:
    I felt the user behaved in a very rushed manner to sell me the town which made me question the validity of the transaction afterwards.​

    So it seems as if we have a bit of a conundrum here. @Phantomine can you confirm that that is the sign that you created for @legotimk to pay the 70k in? Also, would you be willing to compromise the ownership of the town because of this incident? It is still yours at this moment, if Lego has yet to pay off his debt.

    Also, @Glimpseseer do you have any screenshots that it was town 'p' that you were buying from him and not another town?

    @legotimk , what's your side of the story? Legally you're not allowed to sell the town as you don't own it until you've payed off your debt, as stated in the contract.

    I have discussed this with the rest of the team, and come to the conclusion that this is a Breach of Contract. The town is not yet @legotimk's, and so legally he cannot sell it until he has payed of the debt.

    Because of this, he has essentially scammed @Glimpseer of 15k, since that is the amount that they paid for a town @legotimk couldn't sell. If @legotimk appeals he will have to pay this back.

    Locked - Banned for Breach of Contract and Scamming Glimpseer
