    No, the contract voided when he missed his deadline. I owe him nothing. The 220k was not due yet anyways... Which is why I keep asking, why would I have?

    @BuildsByGideon ldw lost 1m on the Warriors about a week ago, I suspect this is why he has been offline. And just recently he lost 50k on the super bowl. So he did in fact have that kind of money before, but he doesn't have that money anymore. Hope this gets sorted out in an efficient manner, gl.

    Look I am broke and 450k in debt. My priorities are to pay that off. Afterwards we can make a new deal but as of now here is my offer.

    I will waive the 10k and we can figure out payment for what is done. 110k is not reasonable however

    Edit: offer retracted after gideon rated this potato. I tried to work something out.

    Edit 2 : racking up all the potatos :)

    My reason is, I don't want to get scammed again, I don't nessisary mind working something out, I just want to get payed for what I've already done. I can work with a payment plan, as I don't need the money that soon

    You don't have much right to be calling the shots here, yes you hired him, and yes you made the contract. But I do not see you respecting the fact he has done a tremendous amount of work on the town for you as well as done his best to uphold HIS side of the contract. There are 15 pre-builts that have been done that I can see, as well as anything else he has done for the skyscraper. Since you failed to detail exactly what was to be done, exact amount of work is near impossible to enforce here.

    You failed to provide the money necessary for the materials. I don't really want to hear the argument "it says up to 200k" anymore. If that is your excuse to pay whatever you feel like it, then its a dumb one. You also failed to mention in your 'contract' that you can cap how much money you will provide for materials before it reaches 200k. Meaning you are legally bound to provide money for materials up to 200k.

    As for your sportsbook and debt, that is still your fault, if you knew you had an upcoming payment, you should have been responsible and saved it aside the money you had planned to pay BuildsByGideon when he finished the project as well as AT LEAST 200k for the materials, should he had needed them. That was irresponsible on your part.

    Considering the amount of hassle you've put this poor user though, and the fact you decided to retract any offer of payment over a potato rating, this is what I am doing.
    BuildsByGideon is requesting half of the 220k, which would of been the final payment for the project. I am going to have you pay him this. He is also willing to work on a payment plan. Since you guys can't seem to agree, I will set one for you.

    Your contract with Builds precedes your 450k loan payback. That should be your priority. Since I am aware you have other debt, I will give you 1 month from today to provide @BuildsByGideon the 110k for the building work he did do in the town of _Atlantis_. I spoke privately with him, he does not mind waiting for the money. I am not happy with you, but I have no intention on burying you in debt.
