Complaint:

LastLaugh161 succeeded in killing me in a nonpvp area without my consent while I was offering him business services in his town. This breaks bullet 4, clause 3, of section two and also has some elements of scamming in it. I pmed him three times after the incident asking him what had happened, he did not reply. On the fourth time, I threatened to report him. He immediately responded stating that it was not his fault and it was a glitch death. This shows that he was avoiding me in order to keep my items and get away with the crime, but as soon as I took action he desperately tried to cover it up. After some bickering, he started to act innocent and pretend to forget the messages and crime altogether (screenshot provided). Additionally, he accidentally messaged me a question intended for another user involving the genitals which I would rather not say in this sentence (screenshot provided).​
