    The user received a $30,000 ECD loan in return for $50,000 ECD. This was due on 11/17 and the user was given an additional week to pay off the amount by 11/24. I am aware that the user is currently banned.​

    If you look at his last appeal you can see that this was his last chance, I'm pretty sure he doesn't have another chance to get back on.
