@Kick_Me_1235 can you explain to me why you have not paid the second weeks amount? Or even better evidence of you paying it.

Instead of being so rude to this user, maybe you can reach an agreement. Saying he has not changed and that he is a scammer, maybe instead treat him nicely. People make mistakes and they should be forgiven. If i was in his position and saw was being treated as kick is now i would not pay you until the last second either, you are truly just trying to suck him out of as much money as possible, which you must find amusing.

 

Its fine matrix dont worry about it ;). I lost all my respect for this guy last week when he personally pmd me saying that no late fees would be applied. To my surprise after I paid, they were added on. Due to these reasons, I will be sucking up all the late fees and paying you, @scgenesis, on the last second, of the last minute, of the last hour, of the last day, of the last week of the payment plan. See you on November 29th, at 11:59 sharp :)

 

@Kick_Me_1235 as the contract you have agreed to states you have agreed to make weekly payments.

The first payment was due on the 10/18/15, this was the date of week ones payment. This means 7 days from then is when the second weeks payment was due which was the 10/25/15. Please provide proof of you paying.

So, here's how I see the situation. @Kick_Me_1235 is refusing to pay until the very last second. While the ethics of this is questionable, it is legal according to the way the contract is written.

The amounts owed according to the contract are as followed (assuming Kick does not pay early):
7x $150k payments. (1 paid, total currently - 900k)
1x $75k late fee on first late payment. (total - 975k)
5x $50k late fees (total - 1,225k)

These are due at the latest, the day the last payment is due - 11/29/15

Regarding the clause about the 85%... that's a terrible clause that leaves 15% of the money without a due date and can therefore not be enforced, so the full funds will be due that day.

@scgenesis While I understand you may be unhappy about this all I can tell you unfortunately is that if you did not want late payments made they should not have been allowed. Unless you have not been paid on or before November 29th there is no breach of contract and there is nothing we can do until that point.
