What I posted is relevant, I am trying to help you here. If someone griefs then you should file a grief report so it is noted. Then you have outright proof on the forums that he committed grief and that you had a reason to evict him.

 

@LSGDoc please respond. Are you asking for the 1k back that you bought the plot with? If so becuase you did grief the in the town he has all the right to kick you from it and doesn't have to give you a refund. The link to the grief report is here.

As for the added info which you should have started a separate complaint on, you were banned for moderate grief in the town which means you can have your perms and protections (Done in a lwc request) removed without a normal notice and the owner does not have to pay you back for any plots you had unless agreed. If you did not agree beforehand it is up to @jwpwns personally if they are to pay you or not, however if you have evidence showing an agreement where you should have a refund please file a new complaint.
