Hello MBK. I see no foul language, nor do I see any signs of harassment. Your order of the screenshots is out of place, making it seem like he said "go to hell" first, unprecedented. But from the lotto timing, it's clear you said "umad" first, clearly poking at him and provoking his response. In the future, though, if you feel you don't want to talk to a user or receive their PMs, feel free to use /ignore.
