Thank you for filing a report on this matter. As @jhebert2012 should very clearly know, global chat should be kept clear of touchy subjects; you should be well aware not to be using that term in such a context. Making other players feel unwelcome due to aspects such as orientation is something that ECC as a community will not stand for. I know that you have already been warned in-game for this specific matter, but this is certainly not the first time you have done something like this. Please be more considerate to other players in the future, or there will be greater consequences if you keep breaking rules.

@Slayer_boy_2000, if you felt the situation was handled in game incorrectly, you should know that @jhebert2012 had instantly logged off after the comments, so moderators had no chance to warn him in-game until he relogged. However vulgar language is not acceptable, so don't expect that you can break the rules too just because someone else has; moderators handled the situation appropriately.

Additionally, @Slayer_boy_2000, don't hesitate to use the handy /ignore command when other users may be bothering you. Feel free to file another complaint if a similar situation arises.

Upon further consideration, jhebert2012 has been banned. This behaviour is strictly not tolerated on ECC and the numerous warnings in recent weeks for this have gone unnoticed - not to mention various other offences/warnings ingame.
