Complaint:

@itookahooka has an innapropriate user name. He is implying that he smoked a hookapen which is an electronic cigarrette. By allowing his name on the server whenever he talks it's as if he is talking about drugs which is I believe is bannable by this rule: The most common inappropriate username offences are those with vulgar language and/or racial slurs within them. However, other types of inappropriate usernames may be locked if the staff team deems them not suitable for our playerbase. And this rule from the general chat clause:

• This rule extends into subjects about illegal substances or actions, including drugs.
