Complaint:

The accused user violated clause 2, 3, 3.1, and potentially clause 4 of section 2 of the rules, and I will discuss this in an organized approach:

Violation of clause 2: Trolling. The accused came to my town (/warp cirrus) and continually began to make fun and degrade the course of actions (regarding the sale of a star pick) me and my co-owner decided to take and the infrastructure of the town which other members built. He provided no explanation for why he was there, and is not even a member of the town in question, and therefore we can only conclude he was there to cause trouble/stir the pot/bring down others, which arguably is a violation of clause 4: "Be a good sport and a friendly community member". Let it be noted we had no interaction with the accused before this incident, and that he was most likely motivated because we demoted his friend from unofficial co-owner down back to a resident of a town. Why else would anybody be so rude? Furthermore, in an argument today, instead of responding in a civil yet stern manner, he called me names like blind and deaf. This is not being a good sport/community member and quite immature so many levels.

Violation 3.1: Trespassing. When the accused was confronted for his bad behavior by my co-owner and asked to leave the town of Cirrus, he simply stated "make me". This is a direct violation of clause 3.1, quoting: "If a town owner asks you to leave their region for any reason and you are not a member of the region, you must comply with their request." There is no question here that the accused intended to defy and disregard the rules at this point.

Violation 3: Harassment. Harassment is defined in the wiki as "any form of action (chat or game play wise) that makes another player feel threatened or otherwise ruins their game play." I put violation 3 last because it is the most recent violation, in which the accused was caught telling members in local chat (one of the members happened to be a resident of Cirrus) that I was a "deaf dumbass that knows nothing about logic". In his slandering of me to whoever was in his local chat at the time, he attempted to ruin my reputation and game play by saying that to other users, and if this doesn't fall under the strict criteria for harassment, surely it will fall under Clause 4, for not being a good sport/community member.​

I understand that the first screenshot of violation 3 is not direct and is technically hearsay, but nevertheless, we can provide a time index of around 3:30pm CST to allow staff members to access logs about this slander in local chat if possible. Furthermore, we will continue into investigating whether or not Nutty can provide us a direct screenshot for convenience of the staff.​

 

1. Ravingwabbit1 decided to be unwelcome because you were being extremely criticizing and negative, as stated in the original complaint above. He was well within his right to tell you to leave, and as you disregarded his order as an owner of the region you were in, it is trespassing. Furthermore, going to our town and criticizing everything that we do is not standing up for Delta. Those are two completely different things - and you should be ashamed of yourself for using your friend as a shield for your own crime.

2. I stand by my statement. It is well within anybody's right to have an opinion about other establishments, and as such, I expressed mine. I admit I might've came off as rude at first, and I apologize if there was any misunderstanding, but the simple fact is that you came off with an even greater belligerence than mine, going to the point of name-calling and telling members I am "an asshole who

3. I never approach people with mean words or thoughts unlike what you did to me in my own town. You disrespected me, my co-owner, the members of my community with your insulting and disgusting logic and thoughts about my town. If I never took you seriously, it's because you've dug a hole so far deep for yourself through your actions that you don't deserve to be taken seriously at this point. You're lying when you say you never provoke anyone - because you came to my town and started this whole thing, and now the consequences have finally caught up with you.

I demoted you because you were excessively arguing with me and ravingwabbit1, doing dramatic actions (like building an entire underground apartment complex) without the consent of the other co-owners, especially after having had a discussion about a possible apartment complex the night before. For the money that you happened to give me (you gave me $1000 for a total payment of $100000 to pay off the entire town), I actually paid back to you. I had given you warnings before - that only my name was in the contract - and that I could demote you anytime, but your immaturity and obsession with control eventually led to your demotion. I did what every other player on the server would do, and that is demoting a bad, immature, and obsessive co-mayor.

If anybody wants a testament of how well things are going without Delta, come check out our new expanded underground farm, tree farm, and 2nd apartment complex at /warp cirrus. Also, feel free to ask any members of the town of how well they're doing. Thanks!

 

I was going to leave this alone, but more posts to the thread have prompted me to post this.

Ignorance is not a valid excuse when it comes to breaking server rules. You should've checked that raving was an owner or not. You didn't, and now you've been submitted a complaint on for trespassing.

I never took to the level of immaturity you've taken this entire time. Anybody who is reading this right now, regardless of rank, user, or anything otherwise: take a look again at the evidence I posted, and ask yourself if what the accused did was truly an accident and not intending to troll at all. He says his disgusting logic was feedback - and yet when raving confronted him about whether or not he was genuine or trying to cause trouble and asked him to leave, he responded like a troublemaker with disgusting logic.

Again, I hope the staff and whoever else views this actually re-reads the screenshots and the accused's post and sees the obvious trolling going on.

You said it was an apartment and that you wanted it to sell to bigshot players for water/lava placement. Furthermore, I don't even see how this is relevant anymore.

1. I don't see why it can't be used as evidence since the rule-breaking took place in chat, and it is a screenshot of the full chat?

2. If you read my post, it could also fall under section 2, clause 4. Is name calling not trying to flame other people/make them mad, and if you do not accept this, then surely you must agree that that it is not representative of being a good community member.

To the staff:

You have the accused trying to say justice needs to win over me, apparently. You have the evidence and I have quoted the rules he has broken; the accused trying to turn the tables on me simply needs to file a complaint himself. Also, the accused's friends and Delta will attempt to flood this post with their friend's vouches of how they are all good, nice and happy people.
