@Mochocrap I don't see how this user has directed the comment towards you specifically. Have you any other evidence of this user harassing you?

As best I can tell, as there was more than just you in that SG, that the comment, while likely unwise, was not directed to you specifically. One incident, also, does not also constitute harassment. At this time I will be dismissing this complaint. Should such behaviour continue you are free to file another complaint.
