Complaint:

I agreed to pay him 40k in exchange for him giving me all rights to his mayor town (ie, I choose where it's placed, I name it, and I am the sole owner). This was a while ago. He filed for the application, but he told me after he was denied that he accidentally spent a little and was at 83k. So I said alright, just try to get the rest soon, and he never reapplied, nor has he responded to any of my mail.​

Evidence:

While I do not have evidence of my payment of 40k, I have plenty of evidence of the rest of the deal - he even applied on the forums for mayor, and it's clearly shown in his app what the deal was. I don't know why I forgot to take a screenshot of the payment, and I understand if you can't do anything without it, but there's TONS of evidence of a) the agreement and b) his lack of following through.

Additional Information:

I've done some brief research on him, and he seems to have many loans either past due or due soon. I am not worried about the deal I had going through (the town deal) as much as I am about my 40k; really I just want the money back. I mean I'd love for the deal to work out, but at this point if he's in a tight monetary situation I can work with him. However, so far he hasn't replied to any of my mail after he told me the first day that he was down to 83k and that's why the app got denied.​
