Accused Username: @Giant_leaderComplaint: I made a dm loan contract with @Giant_leader and sent him the money but he never honored his side of his contract. He is forum banned and has not logged on since the contracts acceptance. I mailed him to warn him of the deadline. I made two mistakes one I posted it as Wednesday not Thursday and I sent 10k more than the specified amount.Evidence: Additional Information: I obviously made 2 mistakes on the contract but the date was clearly lined out even if the day of the week was one day early but I do not believe this should effect the validity of the contract. I also unintentionally sent 10k more than the agreed amount which he did not refund by innocent mistake or not I would expect this 10k to be refunded. I also expect that the 55k of the loan to be honored.
