    Well, google said blackmail includes threatening something bad to happen to someone of they didnt give the person money, so, yes, this would be classified as blackmail.

I will be issuing a warning to FreeLemonz and @FreeLemonz if someone is breaking the rules this is not an opportunity to make money off the person by threatening them. gather your evidence and post a complaint and we will handle punishment from there.
