Now I apologize for our misjudgment the first time when deciding on if this was an example of spam the first time. Upon further review of the evidence provided as well as a review of the spacing of these messages via chat logs, I've come to the conclusion that this was indeed chat spam and I will be warning @Fazeeeeeeeeeeeey for spamming. I apologize for the mistake the first time, and if the user continues to spam feel free to file another complaint.
