While it is evident that you asked for an erepair from @eandy1234, the screenshot provided does not show you actually having the tool to begin with, or you throwing the tool to the user. If you have additional proof of @eandy1234 stealing your pickaxe, please post it below. Left open for 24 hours.

Clause 2.2 - Attempted Scamming Users cannot attempt to scam other users. If enough evidence is provided and the staff believe a scam was intended, this will result in a temporary ban against the offending user. Attempted scamming includes misleading sales or auctions. For example an auction for 'a melon,sword'.
You should taste my sarcasm @SKSoccer @eandy1234 I see I am not the first to complain about him, and he'd been previously banned. I don't care about my pick, but if another eff7 or 750K gets scammed, I know where to point fingers. ED: I didn't want to sound mean. I really don't want any bad to anybody. I am just a little upset about what happened. Luckily I learned my lesson not to trust anybody fairly early. If this incident will also teach @eandy1234 a lesson and he will never scam anybody again, my pick would be very well spent! But I think this will not be the case
