    Complaint:
    He told me to pay him for a diamond sword, but he never gave it to me! This happened at approximately 5:45 on September 7, 2015. He scammed me. Action should be taken against him because he scammed me. "A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe." (Server Rules, Clause 2-Scamming)​
    Evidence:



    He didn't give me anything. I gave him $500 and he was supposed to give me a diamond sword, but he didn't give me the diamond sword he promised me. He scammed me.    ​
    Additional Information:
    I think he should be banned because he scammed me by not giving my diamond sword. He scammed me, meaning he broke a rule, so I think he should be banned. He made my time on EcoCityCraft unenjoyable.​

    @eiopio in order to handle this I need proof of your side, that you sent @DragRacer2725 the 500 and that he agreed to give you a sword. As it is you don't have enough evidence in this complaint.

    He even swore at me. He should be banned for scamming and for swearing at me. "...otherwise ruins their game play." (Server Rules, Clause 3-Harrassment) He was also harrassing me by swearing at me and scamming at me because he ruined my experience on this server.

    DragRacer2725 scammed me and didn't give me a diamond sword, so he pretty much stole money from me. "...otherwise ruins their game play." (Server Rules, Clause 3-Harrassment) He stole money from me. He should be banned.
