Could I not have hypothetically two accounts on ECC, as long as they don't benefit each other?

I have talked with moderaters about this. Every time, I always get the answer of if the NEVER interact at all.

When I was a builder, I owned the building across from them and I saw them move simultaneously which means they at least used to be different people.

 

Guys, I'm Dodos1 and my TWIN BROTHER is Dodos_2. I've been asked by mods and as far as I know there are no issues.

 

And weatherryan I said we were twins, which means we are 2 different accounts run by different people, which also means were not breaking any rules.

 

Also, that evidence was just me joking around lol

 

So me walking across the hall and using his computer wasn't too hard I was just playing around.

 

They are not dual accounts otherwise how would both of them be playing sg at the same time and they both fight each other? Hes a good friend of mine and he wouldn't dual account also it is not against any server rules if transactions are made.

 

But nothing transacted between the 2 while it happened
