A part of the deal was that I’d pay $100 in GCs & 3 god drops after the SG event was drawn. The SG event has been extended to December 19th. I’d appreciate if the pay time was extended so I could pay after the survival games event was drawn, and the rewards had been paid out.
@DigDirtDaily thank you for responding. If you'd like to post screenshots showing the agreement was based on the payout from the SG Tournament, I would accept that as your proof. What I see in the screenshots submitted by @matrix_rep is simply a payment date and payment amount/items. @matrix_rep, @DigDirtDaily is asking for extended time to repay the debt due to the SG Tournament being extended until the 19th of December. Would you agree to these new, modified terms? Leaving open for 24h pending repsonses.

I believe I respect it king. If you change your mind I am willing to extend the current debt to December 23rd with a late fee extension of 1 million ECD. (20% of the total value of the debt).
If you lower the late fees to a reasonable amount, I'll pay part of, if not all of the late fees. Not taking sides in this, it seems like the server screwed Dig when SG was extended, but at the same time shouldve been addressed a week ago. I just dont want to see someone banned over something like this, especially when late fees are currently like 10x what I would ask

The reason I had this complaint locked last night is because I sensed a lot of emotional raging around the situation and that never solves anything. From what it looks like, @matrix_rep is owed 3 GodDrops an a $100 GC for the store, in return for the GodDrops he spun for @DigDirtDaily on the November 20th. However, the contract makes no provision or mention of anything related to the SG tourney. Which is what seems to be the big "debate". It is on @DigDirtDaily that he agreed to provide these items to @matrix_rep by x date as agreed, regardless of what happened with the tourney, it was not wise to make an agreement as such and then relying on a competition result to pay off your dues. Anything could of happened in that 15-17 days you were giving yourself to come up with these items. Even if the competition had not been extended, what would have happened if you had come up short and not placed where you thought you would? You would still have to finish your end of the agreement on-time, if you were not prepared for this potential situation then you still would have been in this situation over this agreement. That is all I will really say about it. Now that everyone is calm, I do not see a point in getting anyone banned and requesting steep late fees may also result in that. So I will suggest that @DigDirtDaily and @matrix_rep agree to a new due date for the 3 GodDrops and $100 GC. I have opened up the thread for calm mediation between the two involved parties.
