Additional Information:

The final payment for the melon sword was not payed on time. I have even given deathtoll1 a few extra hours to come up with the money but he has been offline for over a day.I made the importance of on time payments very clear in the contract and in game. I don't want a ban if at all possible because that would just slow the process down. I would just like my melon sword back as stated in the contract so we can both go on our way.​

 

i made it very clear multiple times before the exchange was made that on time payments were imperative. Since it has not been payed i would like the melon sword returned as stated in the contract. since i can not come online due to medical reasons i would like the sword to go to lavajok or cracker228989 until my return.

 

initial payment of 533 nstars for the melon sword and pay 166k per week for 3 weeks . If any payments are missed or late of the exchange time by one hour deathtoll1 will return the melon sword to me with no refund of his initial money down or payments made,unless there is a prior documented agreement in game or on the forums. If anything happens to the melon sword, payments still need to be made or deathtoll1 will owe a total 0f 1 million Eco dollars with payments of 200k per week if the sword can not be recovered for failed payment compensation.


Its all in the contract. I made it clear over and over what would happen if he didn't pay. it's harsh and i didn't want it to happen this way but i was very serious about the contract. If he had come to me earlier and asked for more time i would have worked with him but that wasn't the case. I would just like the contract to be enforced and for us to go on our way. I apologize for any grammatical errors i just had laser eye surgery and cant really see the keys.

 

there is no set date but it says the payments have to be paid 166k per week for three weeks of the exchange time, witch is documented in the screenshot provided. I have a trade sign set up with the exact date and time the peyment is due so all payments to it should be in the logs. Feel free to look at it yourself at my home vault and see that it has not been changed.

 

I didn't receive any pms regarding the second or third late payment. I let the first two go even though they were both late but the third one was over a day late. I stressed to you over and over how important it was that you were on time with the payment plan. If i had gotten a mail or a forum pm before hand like i told you to do, this whole thing could have been avoided. Since that didn't happen I would like the sword back as stated in the contract. I literally told you 4 times before you even agreed to the contract that this would happen if you were late and i told you again after you actually got the sword.

 

Deathtoll and i have come to an agreement. He will provide a melon sword ( eff5 unb3 st1 diamond sword) or 1500 nether stars within 2 weeks. If he is late again he will pay 200k for 5 weeks totaling 1mil as stated in the contract.
