Could you please provide some evidence of the user refusing to pay for the items he won and a screenshot of the player winning the auction?

I am sorry, but the evidence you have provided is not sufficient to warrant any kind of action, as there is no proof the user is false bidding. If you happen to stumble upon any other screenshots regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to file another complaint. I will be locking this complaint for the time being.
