@wenxuan100 after reading over your contract with @Coolguy32130, it seems there is not an agreed date that @Coolguy32130 has to buy mayor. Could you please provide evidence of you two agreeing a date?

Hey, If a staff would look at my balance I have the 85k still. Well actually 84.5 k I don't see the problem right now.

 

Also I had a friend who I played lotto with so I had money to use on lotto.

 

Did we ever specify a date by when I had to get the Mayor App accepted by? No, didn't think so. The contract has not been breached much rather delayed slightly. I have applied again after gaining the 500 dollars I was missing. This complaint was pointless.
