Hello @Loowaa, according to your contract @Conorx has an additional 2 week period to make late payments. Since the first payment was due on November 1st @Conorx still has until November 15th to pay the late $150,000 payment, the upcoming 150,000 payment, plus the $30,000 late fee due to missing the first payment (totalling $330,000). If this is not paid by November 15th, the 2 week late fee will also be charged on the second payment making the new total $360,000. If this is not paid by November 29th you are welcome to file a complaint at that time. Complaint Locked
