Complaint:

I loaned @CityOfR $5000 on 6/12/16 at 5:25pm PST and a total of $5500 was to be repaid in 3 days by the end of 6/15/16 to a sign located at /warp risen_valley. Initial repayment was delayed because @CityOfR sent me a mail that he had forgotten the name of the warp so I resent it on 6/18/16 and extended the repayment deadline to 9pm EST on 6/19/16. At this time I also included a modification to our agreement which was a late fee for each day the loan was not returned, however, I understand that this cannot be enforced since both parties have not re-agreed to the terms of the contract. I feel it is necessary to take action against this user because I would like to have my money returned and I feel it is important to ensure this does not happen again or to another player.

Clause 2 - Scamming
- A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
- Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.​

I am hoping that CityOfR is willing to work with me to resolve our agreement and I am very open to compromise so that we can put this issue behind us.​
