Well @Cike25, as stated within the contract, you will need to provide @minecraftninja05 with $1 million EcoDollars. Unless you two prefer to create a new contract with different requirements, that is your only option at this time.

It is funny that u think i stole ur msword, yet i pretty much quit ECC because the msword is broke, I will make a new contract with u, but how do u think i am supposed to either get u 1mil or a new msword in like a week?

 

We suggested 1 month from the day you broke it. Not 1 week.

Would you both be comfortable with a due date of 8/30/14 for either 1 Million EcoDollars or a new Melon Sword?

Apple is the co-owner of the sword to my knowledge.

 

I own the sword and me and ninja rented it out together.

*edit* Looking back, there is no indication on the complaint or contract that I have anything to do with this. But its me and ninja that rented it out, and we own it together.
