From the screenshots provided, this shows clear evidence of cheongjunoo using vulgar language and spamming. I will be giving the user a stern warning and will be supplying him a link to our ECC rules. If the user continues, please do not hesitate to file another complaint and do not forget that you have access to use the /ignore command.
