I was a proud member of huzzahfarms I had not been there for a few days because I was doing lots of mining and when I came to farm wheat I was not on the perms list I payed 5k to get in I was not told I was being removedEvidence:
By owning the town, your town Mayor has the right to remove you from the town at any time, for any reason, so long as the following criteria are met:
Sufficient warning is given to the evicted person(s) ahead of time.
For an individual, you must give 3 days advanced notice.
For entire towns and/or mass evictions (5+ people) you must make a forum thread in the Towns Discussion forum. In this thread, all evicted persons must be tagged and given 7 days advanced notice. Users who can not be tagged due to not having a forum account must be mailed with the same length of notice.
Users are given the appropriate timeframe and ability to remove their items and belongings.

Thank you for filing this, @Danielman33. If possible, can you provide any evidence of you ever being a member of the town? Such as an agreement where you paid to have perms, etc.
And @burtonbeast35 and @dumdum71, can you please explain why Danielman was not given sufficient time before removal of his perms from the town of huzzahfarms? -
@annyonion Very sorry I took screenshots of me being on the perms list but since then I have bought a new PC so I do not have the screenshots

Danielman33, I honestly don't remember adding you or removing you. It may have been burtonbeast35 but I'm not sure. We haven't really been active selling perms recently and I'm sure that we had some reason to remove you if we did. I'm sure this is all a misunderstanding. Could you tell us some information so that we can figure out the situation.
- When did you buy perms?
- Did you pay in full?
- When did you realize that you were removed?
EDIT: Actually, I'll just add you to the town :). However, I'll be talking to @burtonbeast35 about the situation and if there is a reason that you were removed (a violation of one of the rules that can be found in the portal room) you will be removed again. I think we can consider this solved for now? -
Just to answer your questions I bought perms a month or to ago
I paid 1k to start then 4 the next day
I was saw I could not break any crops this morning around 11am
I hope I did not break any rules as I am not aware I have as I did read them when I saw I was removed
I am pretty sure I payed burtonbeast the money -
Seeing how he has been re-added to the perms list, I will be locking and dismissing this complaint as resolved.
@burtonbeast35 since Dumdum is now banned, you are responsible for the town members. For future references, members are not to be removed without a formal 3 day notice via mail/pm. Please be sure to follow all standards and procedures when removing members from perms list, as doing it without the notice may be punishable.
