@occirex, just letting you know, you will need to post screenshots with proof. Also, if these items happened to be located in unlocked chests, the staff are going to be unable to do anything.

 

Since I was the one who did the LWC removals on occirex's stuff, and am involved as a 3rd party, I would inform him of why it was in Bmanvman's possession.

Bmanvman sold me the town and you were offline for 10 days. I LWC'ed your stuff, and moved it to the top of the tower in onyx city. I then sent you a message, or multiple messages, regarding that I had your stuff and you could talk to me about getting it back, due to the sheer value of the items. Bmanvman then said he knew you in real life and would ask to keep your stuff. He came back after supposedly texting you and you saying that he could have the items. I then /cmodify'ed Bmanvman into the chests, then removed myself. They were in his possession after that. I had no idea that this was unacceptable, as I would have kept the chests locked and waiting for you to return.

 

@occirex, was this located in a chest, or was it physically placed?

4: I told goblizz i texted him (emailed him) and he didnt respond so I told goblizz he wasnt gonna get on and to give me his stuff because i thought he quit and we go back to no. 1

The user was offline for 10 days at this point, and I knew he would likely return. Therefore, I had stored his stuff in chests and /mail'ed him that he could claim it if he ever returned. Then, bman told me otherwise and said it was his. I don't know what happened after that.

Ok, as the user was offline for 10 days, Goblizz followed town rules and waited the required 7 days of inactivity, therefore no rules were broken. we can not do anything about the items. As for the agreement Bmanvman and occirex had, unless it was in-game or on the forums, we can not enforce anything in their agreement.
