Well unless we are able to make an agreement the contract still stands.

 

I do not like / want to void the contract that is why I am asking if you would like to agree no an alternative. I could just decide to keep the contract as it is but I am trying to work something fair out.

After this contract is over I am only renting it to friends I know well as I do not want to lose it again. If you do not want to work out an agreement I am fine with keeping the contract as it is...

I am suggesting 200k. Making it 60k more that you have to pay and the final 60k payment you do not. I think that meeting half way is quite fair. You can either pay the 60k payment and I will void the contract today or you can pay the 120k you still owe and I will agree to give you two weeks rent from now.

 

You said that you did not need to use it but would have the money paid off by the due date. I saw Dwite in need of a way to make money and offered to loan it to him for 24 hours. Majority of which I knew you would be offline anyway so I thought you would be fine with it. I had no idea he was a scammer and that it would happen. I am sorry for any inconvenience and I hope that we can move on.

I will make a contract to void the last contract.
