Thanks for filing this complaint @jgaevilmasters. I'm going to ask that you please provide a screenshot of the original in-game agreement. Also please fix the second screenshot. I'll be leaving this complaint open for @Blizzard_04 to provide additional information.

 

@jgaevilmasters did you pay him any money toward the feature yet? If not, don't. Don't pay anything at all. The burden of evidence is on him to get you to repay the "loan." From what I see in your screenshots, this "loan" will be unenforceable. Pay absolutely nothing, if he wants to get a cent out of you let him file a complaint and provide "evidence" of his own.

@Blizzard_04 can you provide an explicit contract between the two of you with time stamps? Can you provide evidence that @jgaevilmasters agreed to the total amount of $170k? Seems like a bait and switch to me. "I charged 170k" I wasn't aware we could make up the amounts we choose to charge in a loan with no agreement from the other party; it sounds like you didn't inform him, moreover you led him to believe it was 11k per.

1. must have been a misunderstanding. I am willing to cancel the players 100k debt to me. This way I was only paid 70k for the feature.

@austinsplaneguy I have cancelled all debt. Also, You need to provide the agreement because you agreed on the 170k

 

He did pay, however he did also agree. Like him, I do not have screenshots because who would think that a mayor would accuse me of scamming. We agreed on an 85k loan to him. If he cannot provide evidence, then this is unnecessary.

 

Ok should I pay you the 39k back or how much would it be

 

@Blizzard_04 you should pay her 46k back to be totally even. But if you want to charge her some interest for the loan of 39k then u can pay her 41k so u can make 5k. This will even out to 107k or 112k depending if u choose the 5k interest :D

 

@jgaevilmasters and @Blizzard_04 Since all debt has been cancelled has this issue been resolved?

I cancelled the 100k debt. It is right and I dont want to cheat them. I will just cancel the debt. Thank you for your input :)

I just charge high because I am not rich irl. I have little money so I make it worth what I have.

 

As all debt in this transaction has been cancelled, I will be locking this complaint. Any debt @jgaevilmasters owes @Blizzard_04 for this transaction is completely dissolved. If further transactions are made I recommend making a forum contract. Thank you , I am glad this could be worked out :)
