Complaint:

Loan scam and breach of contract.
I'm filing this complaint because @BlazeInfinite is already banned, so that this debt is kept in record for when he is unbanned. He owed me 450k by 25 Jan 2016, has paid 8k so far, therefore owes me 442k.
In the contract it is specified that I can issue late fees. I don't want to impose punitive fees, however I needed that money to give out loans and now I'm missing those profits. Therefore I will issue a very minor late fee of 5k/day, which is about a 1% per day. By March (when Blaze is assumed to come back) this will have accrued to about a 30% of the debt, which seems reasonable to me.​

It is not clear to me whether I can issue late fees: Blaze was not banned for this very loan, therefore I would be allowed to issue late fees; however this debt will be added to their ban reason, does this mean that it's as if he was banned for it and therefore no late fees? It's not clear.​

My understanding is that you can issue late fees for a loan even if a player is banned, if the user wasn't banned for breaching the agreement those late fees are a part of. Blaze wasn't banned for this loan, so I guess late fees do accrue.
