Sadly I didn't get a reply. If you get confused with the screenshot it said: he already had a 100k loan and he wanted another 100k loan so I merged both into one and told him to repay 250k in ... weeks.
@Cranqed Thank you for filing this complaint. @KiddTitus is already banned in-game for loan scamming, I will be updating the user's ban reason.
