Hello xHigh420x, thank you for bringing this to staff attention. For the benefit of the staff, do you know who owned the town prior to BarbaricBuffalo?

Also, @BarbaricBuffalo, Could you please come in and explain the situation from your perspective? At the moment, it seems that you may not have filed a proper eviction notice before removing users from the town. Does such a notice exist? If so, a link or evidence of it would be appreciated.

 

Thanks Core_Devider for helping us with this situation. I have sold over 10 plots to builders who have payed good amounts for there property. I know the previous owner of the town and i wasn't sent anything that informed me about the selling of the town. i have lots of things in the town that i own and are no longer going t be mine. I am sorry to all the builders who payed for there plots and i hope we can do something to work on this. Thank you all. The owners were: Boybiggumz, WARPAINT56, parkerbh, and ghostsjack01. we all had property and were using it frequently. WARPAINT56 and Boybiggumz are the main owners of the town. please contact them and the new owner, @BarbaricBuffalo thanks again

Then I would like to tag @BarbaricBuffalo once more, as well as @WARPAINT56 and @BoyBiggumz, and ask each of you if there is any evidence of a removal notice, eviction post, or any other evidence to explain the issue at hand. Quite simply, even without a notice, all users in that town have rights to their items, and I would very much like to see them given the time to reclaim those items. Please respond at your soonest convenience.

I was sold it last night and I was told no one has been in the town for how ever long. I will start posting eviction notices. I never ment this to be a problem but if it becomes one I will handle it.

As a part 2. I bought this town to flip and if any builder would like a plot in my town they may have one that is double the size of the original plot that they have like

Original 10X10 - I will give them a 20x20

That was my intention first and I was waiting for people to contact me on this issue.
If you were knowing anyone who is in this issue I will settle them in to my town of skymark, which is a better town with a portal, public pumpkin farms and public tree farms.

If you would like me to demolish your house in the town I bought to flip and give you all that material back I will.

I am willing to co-operate in the actions.

It was sold to me by both and yes I have screen shots of the whole conversation and I will post as soon as I am done with my school

And I will get on ecocitycraft and add back all the other users. As soon as that is done I will give them the proper 3 day notice of eviction.

 

Also I Was informed by @parkerbh was informed by @WARPAINT56 that the town was being sold so i would like to see if the logs are saying that or if i was lied to. When this deal was going on it was recorded by @WARPAINT56 and was on teamspeek so if there is any dispute over is the town was sold or not mods may check there.

This isn't my first town i bought.

 

I am still at school until about 4:30 pm. I am agreeing and apologizing for my actions last night and i will give plot owners that live in the city a 20X20 plot in my town assuming that it was a 10X10 they owned now and i will let them demolish all there building now in the town but the sale of the land was a finalized and captured.

Secondly: I will be posting Eviction notices up at the town today around 4:45 cst.

I hope we can work something out.

@BarbaricBuffalo, thank you for your efforts to remedy the situation. Please be sure that in any removal of town members, you do a check of their activity and issue proper notice before you issue any removal commands.
