I am not sure how he is only getting verbals when he is constantly breaking chat rules.
Thanks @BobbyBlack for filing this complaint. I'm sorry you had to deal with this. I highly suggest that you and Matrix /ignore Atzall, simply as a precautionary measure. That being said, due to this user's extensive history (including numerous recent warnings), I am going to issue this user a 24 hour mute. Let's make sure this doesn't occur again, because your punishment will certainly be stricter. User issued a 24 hour mute.
