Hello @ThatKidArshi, After an investigation on the star rod with the id #J3I6PUIN it turns out it was broken by @Anty248. I'll be leaving this complaint open for 24 hours to hear from @Anty248 and see how he plans to replace the tool and pay an additional 250k as stated in the agreement.

hello @austinsplaneguy i like i said over discord messages am over seas for the minimum of a month in a half i have lots of work to do here i am only able to hop on rn 2 times a week and never in game i in my time over seas plan to invest in stock and small payout bets like my last to build my cash and pay him when i am back. now a game ban would be nice to prevent my stuff from resting would be understandablebut if it hinders my stocks from making revenue while i am gone it will just take me that much longer to pay him back when i am back in the states. so i leave the decision in your hands and will hear back from you as soon as i am able to get back on again. Again my deepest apologizes @ThatKidArshi for the broken tool i hope to be able to replace just as soon as im able to i got ok by my doc yesterday morning and left that very same day. i hope to be able to move past this and still be in good terms i know it may take a while for you to even see a return from your loss and know that you also lost your eff7 as well and staff wont refund it. i hope that this does not set you back to much in the mean time i do want to work out a payment plan when i get back if i don't have all of it already depending on the results here. i do have full intentions of paying you as soon as i have the funds to do so.

 

@ThatKidArshi It's up to you what you want to do here. You can wait for @Anty248 to return before making any payments or have him banned.

 

@Anty248 Do you agree to pay @ThatKidArshi $20000 for each week you are overseas (as a late fee) in addition to replacing the star rod + $250000 as stated in the original agreement?

 

lol no im not going to pay an additional 200k or more if im stuck over seas for longer than expected sorry im willing to make 20k installments towards what i owe and me and @ThatKidArshi can work something out for the rest if not ban me now and i will deal with this when i get back im not going to pay him twice more because i can get on due to my irl job. im not trying to be rude but its early inn the morning here and im really cranky rn. jet lag just kicked in.

 

@Anty248 has failed to return the broken rod + $250000 as stated in the agreement. Since you do not agree to pay @ThatKidArshi $20000 for each week you are away, you will be banned.
