Complaint:

User breached an in-game agreement after he broke my Efficiency 7 pickaxe. He was required to pay back 800k within a month.
He paid 400k on time, then he asked for 2 additional weeks to pay it off, we agreed to add 100k of late fees after the two weeks, bringing a total of 550k still owed.​
