   Complaint:
   On 7/18/2014, I loaned Altabyte $100,000 with the agreement that he would pay me back $135,000 by 8/1/2014. Upon reporting this I noticed that a whole lot of others also reported him for scamming. His actions are clearly against the rules, as can be seen from this quoted section:
   
   "Clause 2 - Scamming
   
   A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
   
   Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion."

This player is so deep in debt that it is obvious that he no longer plans to play on this server. I love playing on ECC, but I just don't understand how a server that claims to be "serious about stability of the markets and money" and has "mastered economic stability, and [keeps] an incredibly steady amount of currency in game at all times" could let a single player just disappear with several hundred thousand dollars of money stolen from honest, hardworking players. In conclusion, I believe that both I and all the other players that have been scammed should be at least refunded the original amount of the loan, possibly even the interest too if the can provide the proper evidence.
